Frequently asked questions

Do you need to meet my dog in person before the first visit?

We do not require a face to face meeting before hand. Typically we will speak to new

owners and get all of the information needed via messaging. We do offer FaceTime calls to owners that request a face to face. We also offer a video tour of our house so new clients can get an idea of where their dog will be. (We do not offer in home tours)

Do I need to bring anything when I bring my dog?

Please bring your dog on a leash. If you need for us to feed your dog while they are here please pack the appropriate amount of food needed for feedings. If your dog has food allergies or can only have a specific kind of treat, please pack that with your dog as well.

Does my dog have to get along with other dogs?

Yes, we can only accept dogs who are dog friendly. Your dog will be around a group of other (dog friendly) dogs daily so it is very important that we only accept dogs that do well with other dogs.

When do you require payment?

All payments are due at the time of drop off.

What type of payments do you accept?

We take Cash, Venmo, Cash app, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Facebook pay.

Can you give my dog his medicine?

Yes. We are experienced with administering oral medications or injectable medications. (insulin, liquid medications, ect.)

Do you require that all dogs are up to date on shots and vaccines?

Yes, we require that all dogs are current on their vaccinations and shots. This ensures your dog’s well being, as well as the other dogs safety.

Where does my dog sleep?

With us. We have dog beds throughout the entire house and they are able to sleep with or near us or wherever they choose.

How often do the dogs go out potty?

We let the dogs out every 0-3 hours, or as often as they need.

Will my dog ever be left alone?

Never. Your dog will not ever be unattended. We offer full time, round the clock supervision for all dogs.
